Install WoWcraft3.
Choose Documents → Warcraft III and allow access. We’ll create the map folders, install the map, and verify it for you.
Requires Warcraft III Reforged on Windows. Use Chrome or Edge for browser installation.
Use a supported desktop browser such as Chrome or Edge for direct installation. You can always download the ZIP or installer and follow the manual ZIP guide below.
The picker starts in Documents, or the folder your browser remembers. Open Documents, then select the Warcraft III folder inside it. Do not select Documents itself or the game’s Program Files folder.
If your Documents folder is in OneDrive, use that location. The browser needs you to select the folder once; it cannot automatically approve access. Missing Warcraft III folder? Launch the game once, then try again.
Review your destination
Selected folder:
Launch Warcraft III Reforged normally. In Custom Games, select WoWcraft3 - Lost Temple. Everyone joining should use this same release.

Manual ZIP instructions
Follow these three steps.
The ZIP includes the folder structure. Extract it into your actual Documents / Warcraft III folder.
Download → Extract All
Download the map ZIP. In Windows File Explorer, right-click it and choose Extract All….

In the extraction window, click Browse. Open your actual Documents folder, then choose Warcraft III.

Click Extract. Existing Maps folders merge with the included folders. On an update, replace WoWcraft3-LostTemple.w3x only when you intend to update this map.
Launch Warcraft III Reforged through Battle.net. In Custom Games, create a game and choose WoWcraft3 → WoWcraft3 – Lost Temple.

This is where your map belongs.
Choose Human or Orc, add a computer opponent or invite your friend. Everyone joining needs the same release. No special shortcut is required.
